Blinds having a variety of colours and designs are also considered an advantage, as you have a wide variety to choose from according to the theme of your washroom. Of course, some blinds are available at very low costs. However, they also have the drawbacks with them i.e. you cannot clean them properly. Moreover, wooden blinds should not be used, because wood moistens in all the dampness present is the atmosphere whether it is a kitchen, or a washroom.
Curtains also provide you a variety of styles, designs, materials, and sizes. Curtains help a lot in giving a dull effect to your room by jamming the sunlight outside the room and making your room much comfortable, relaxing, and warm. However, its disadvantage is that they are pricy, and they often do not go with the theme of the room when it is refurbished. Moreover, even if you have raised your curtains, they block sunlight, but with blinds, you can easily obtain all the sunlight.
Both curtains and blinds have their advantages and disadvantages. It is also advisable to mix and match both of them to obtain the required look. So, either of the two options can be a good choice for your bathroom, depending upon how and what material you are using.
