This Was By Far The Most Astonishing Acoustic Guitar Player I’ve Ever Seen

Have you ever had one of those nights, where you are just sitting around, looking forward to an easy, relaxing night of watching TV, or maybe surfing the Internet, when your plans suddenly turn upside down? That’s what happened to me the other night. My friends just showed up out of nowhere, and told me we were going to the concert of a lifetime.

Next thing I know we were in my friends Ford Mustang screaming down the freeway at about eighty miles an hour. My friends all seemed to be really excited. They kept playing all these guitar bands on the CD player, as they said it would get us into the mood. At that time, I wasn’t sure where we were going, or what we were trying to get in the mood for.

We finally pulled up to this deserted looking mountain cabin, in the middle of nowhere. There were maybe a couple hundred cars parked outside. We finally found a place to park, and made our way inside. What I saw was surprising, to say the least.

The inside was much bigger than it appeared from the outside. There were these really funky purple curtains hanging from the ceiling, and these really weird psychedelic paintings all over the walls. I thought we had gone through some time warp back to the sixties. Even the people there were dressed like they came straight from a Grateful Dead concert.

Then, suddenly, without warning, this band shows up on stage, and starts playing the most incredible music I’ve ever heard. It was a cross between modern rock and country. The lead singer, who also played the acoustic guitar, played some exceptional solos that would give Jimmy Page a run for his money. After about three hours, they decided to call it quits.

They started giving out CDs to everybody that was there. I guess they just got this extremely huge recording deal, and were really happy. I was happy to, as it was by far, the greatest concert I’ve ever seen.
